Before writing in
Most issues fix themselves in under a minute. Before sending a message, try these three steps:
- Update the app. Make sure you’re running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart the app. Fully close Run 42 (swipe it out of the app switcher) and reopen it. This clears up most display and Strava-sync glitches.
- Update your OS. A current version of iOS or Android avoids most rendering bugs.
Common questions
Strava isn’t syncing
Go to the app settings, disconnect Strava, then reconnect. If it keeps failing, check on strava.com that Run 42 is still listed under your authorised applications.
I want to redo my plan
Open settings and choose “Reset plan.” You’ll be able to run the questionnaire again. The old plan is deleted from your device.
I switched phones
Run 42 doesn’t sync anything to servers, so plans don’t move between devices automatically. You can export your plan as text from the old phone, or rerun the seven-question intake on the new one (it takes two minutes).
I want to delete my shared plan
Open the “Share” screen in the app and disable sharing. The public page is taken down within a minute.
Refund requests
Refunds are handled by the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. Run 42 does not process payments directly.
